There’s still, after all this time, something so incredibly beautiful about this song. That innocence, passion and excitement of falling in love for the first time… It’s scary and you start to feel crazy for feeling this way and not being able to control it.
I love this song as it implies that even though it’s an unfamiliar feeling… They’d stick by each other and fall deeper into their connection.
I truly believe this was my first love as I can still remember what it was like looking at him from the other side of the crossing. I could feel my heart racing a million miles a minute and I remember the brisk of cold on my cheeks. Even though he wasn’t my last love, that moment has always clung to me, and I think of it every time I hear this song.
