New Years Day – Taylor Swift.
Okay, I promise not EVERY chapter relates back to a Taylor Swift song, but I definitely feel such a connection to this one.
I still think of those moments from the morning after and remember being startled that those initial feelings of excitement, lust and passion were still lingering,.. Even though the night we met had passed, drinks had been had, and love had been made, there was still a determination to stay. Sheets were scattered, the hotel was messy, but yet he remained there and still wanted to be with me. Stay with me through the bitterness and the dull, and when there’s nothing to look forward to but his presence.
That night will forever be untouchable.
